Our Story
The MVProspects started in 2014 as the Greater Nashua Prospects, an AAU club founded by Steve Adams, Chris Ward, and Lance Hedquist. From the start, the mission was clear: provide affordable, quality travel baseball and help players develop their skills and their love for the game.
In 2020, the organization became the Merrimack Valley Prospects LLC, expanded beyond Nashua, and joined the NH Select League. By 2024, the program rebranded as MVP Baseball and joined the Perfect Game League. Travel teams are called the MV Prospects, and a training facility opened in 2025.
Over the years MVP has grown to 16 teams, sent 13 groups and 156 players to Cooperstown, and created memories for hundreds of kids across the region. Success here isn't only measured in wins. It's about a love for the game, building community, and helping every player grow on and off the field.

Greater Nashua Prospects Founded
Steve Adams, Chris Ward, and Lance Hedquist start an AAU club in Nashua focused on affordable, quality travel baseball for southern New Hampshire players.
Merrimack Valley Prospects LLC
The organization expands beyond Nashua, joins the NH Select League, and incorporates as an LLC to support a growing program.
Rebrand to MVP Baseball
New name, new logo, expanded reach, and a move to the Perfect Game League. Travel teams remain the MV Prospects. 16 active teams across all age groups.
MVP Training Facility Opens
The organization opens its own facility at 472 Amherst Street in Nashua with turf cages, pitching mounds, and year-round availability.
