Training Club Details

Hitting Club

Hitting Club is small-group hitting training designed to give players consistent, structured reps under the eye of an experienced instructor, at a fraction of the cost of private lessons.

What to expect in each session:

  • Structured warm-up and tee work to lock in mechanics
  • Front toss and live BP with instructor feedback on every round
  • Delayed instant replay review: watch your swing on screen seconds after each rep
  • Rapsodo for in-session feedback on closing rounds: see exit velocity and launch angle on screen to make in-the-moment adjustments
  • Take-home reps: no waiting in long lines, small group sizes mean every player gets real work

Sessions are split by age group for age-appropriate training. Capacity is limited to keep the work intense and have personal feedback.

About Rapsodo data: Hitting Club uses Rapsodo for live, on-screen feedback during the session, real numbers driving real adjustments as you work. For hitters who want their data tracked over time with full Rapsodo portal access, performance history, and trend analysis, see our Rapsodo Data Day specialty clinic or book a private lesson with a Rapsodo-equipped instructor.

Pitching Club

Pitching Club is focused, structured group training for pitchers serious about getting better. Mound-equipped tunnels, Rapsodo Pitching technology, and experienced instructors in a small-group format that prioritizes arm health and real development.

What to expect each session:

  • Dynamic warm-up and arm-care routine built around long-term arm health
  • Bullpen work in mound-equipped tunnels with instructor feedback on mechanics, sequencing, and pitch shape
  • Rapsodo Pitching for in-session feedback: see velocity, spin, and pitch shape on screen right after each pitch to make in-the-moment adjustments
  • Small group format: Every player gets real attention

Sessions are split by age group for age-appropriate training and arm-load management. Sessions run 60 minutes, shorter than Hitting Club because pitching work is intense and arm health matters. Book ahead; pitching mound availability is limited.

About Rapsodo data: Pitching Club uses Rapsodo for live, on-screen feedback during the session, real numbers driving real adjustments while you're working. For pitchers who want their data tracked over time with full Rapsodo portal access, performance history, and trend analysis, see our Rapsodo Data Day specialty clinic or book a private lesson with a Rapsodo-equipped instructor.

Catching Club

Catching Club exists because catchers don't get enough position-specific training anywhere else. Most teams run general practices that touch on catching maybe once a week. We dedicate full sessions to the craft.

What to expect each session:

  • Receiving and framing work: quiet hands, strong stickability, working the bottom of the zone
  • Blocking drills: proper body position, blocking the ball in the dirt, smothering, recovery
  • Throw-downs to second: pop times, footwork, accuracy, working under live conditions
  • Live bullpen work: when the schedule allows, Catching Club pairs with Pitching Club so catchers receive real bullpens from real pitchers, game-realistic reps you can't get drilling alone

Sessions are split by age group for age-appropriate training. Capacity is limited to keep the work intense and have personal feedback.

Pricing: Pay per session, or save with a 10-pack punch card that works across all Training Clubs. Active members get an additional discount on every session, see our Memberships page for details.

Equipment note: Please bring your own catcher's gear. Loaner gear is available in limited sizes if needed, let us know in advance.

Strength & Conditioning Club

Ages 9-12

Strength & Conditioning Club is athletic development built specifically for baseball and softball players, the speed, agility, mobility, and durability work that makes everything else on the field better. No heavy weights, no gym intimidation. Just the athletic foundation that lets players hit harder, throw harder, and stay healthy across a long season.

What to expect each session:

  • Dynamic warm-up and movement prep: warm-up routines players can use on their own before games and practices
  • Speed and agility work: first-step quickness, change of direction, sprint mechanics
  • Band-based strength training: resistance band work targeting the muscles baseball and softball players actually use
  • Core and stability training: the foundation for transferring power from the ground through the swing or throw
  • Conditioning circuits: sport-specific endurance that translates to late-game performance
  • Mobility and arm care: the work most young athletes skip, but that prevents injury and extends careers

Capacity is limited to keep the work intense and have personal feedback. Movements are scaled up or down for each athlete's size and experience.

Led by Conner Comeau, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

Why no heavy weights:

Athletes in this age range get more performance gain from mastering bodyweight movement, building an athletic foundation, and using bands for resistance than from loading heavy weights too early. The club is built around baseball-specific athletic development, power production, rotational strength, arm-care support, and lower-body mechanics, using tools and techniques appropriate for a 9-to-12-year-old body.

Pricing: Pay per session, or save with a 10-pack punch card that works across all Training Clubs. Active members get an additional discount on every session, see our Memberships page for details.

What to bring: Athletic clothing, sneakers (no cleats), and a water bottle. We provide all equipment.
